Tampa office building sells for $20.1M


500 N. Westshore Blvd.
Orlando, Fla.-based Eola Capital has acquired 130,000 square feet of Tampa office space from Principal Global Investors for $20.1 million.

Vice Chairman Christian Lee along with Dale Peterson and Ginger Gelsheimer of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.

The 10-story office building is located at 500 N. Westshore Blvd. and sits at the intersection of Westshore and Interstate 275, adjacent to the Westshore Plaza. The building was built in 1984 and has an occupancy rate of 90 percent. Eola Capital plans to invest in substantial capital improvements to the property.
