Claymont area apartment complex sells for $12.8M

Houlihan-Parnes Realtors of White Plains, N.Y. and CLK Properties of Great Neck, N.Y. have sold East Pointe Apartments, a 206-unit apartment community and a one-story, 10,000-square-foot retail building in Claymont, Del. to East Pointe Associates, LLC, a subsidiary of Geller Associates, Inc., for $12.8 million.

The Kislak Co., Inc., represented both sides with senior vice president and co-managing director Robert Holland exclusively representing the seller.

Located at 2610 Philadelphia Turnpike, the property offers recently upgraded apartment units that are a short distance to Philadelphia. The apartments were 94 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
