Marcus & Millichap sells Oregon multi-family

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Las Brisas apartment complex in Portland, Ore. to a California-based Limited Liability Corp., for $4.815 million.

Jim Reiter, an investment specialist in the firm's Portland office brokered the deal.

The 48-unit apartment property is located at 16400 N.E. Las Brisas Court.
