Marcus & Millichap directs sale of Panama City assisted living facility

A limited liability company has purchased a 34-bed assisted living care building located in Panama City, Fla., for $439,000.

Krone Weidler, a Senior Associate and Seniors Housing Investment Specialist in the Tampa office of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and buyer, another limited liability company.

Located at 11921 Caruso Dr., Robinson Residential Care was built in 1981 and is an assisted living facility licensed as a limited mental health community and typically runs 95 percent occupancy. The business was sold in a separate stock transaction.
