Chinese company buys suburban Anaheim industrial building


The Button Family Trust has sold a 44,172-square-foot industrial property in Cerritos, Calif., to China-based Winco DWL Industries, Co., for $4.8 million.

Clyde Stauff, a senior VP in the Irvine office of Colliers International, represented the seller in the transaction.

The building is located at 12765 166th St. in Cerritos, a town approximately 10 miles west of Anaheim. The facility also contains 3,638 square feet of office space. The buyer manufactures and imports kitchenware and tableware to restaurants.
