Arizona restaurant brings $1.7M

1720 West Thatcher Blvd.

Private investor Stephen C. Yen has purchased a 3,000-square-foot Arby's restaurant in Safford, Ariz., from FX4A, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, for $1.7 million.

Jamie Medress and Mark Ruble, investment specialists in the Phoenixx office of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. Priscilla Nee, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's West Los Angeles office represented the buyer.

The restaurant is located at 1720 W. Thatcher Blvd.
