Industrial building in San Diego, Calif. draws $1.9M

Hanover Investment Group Limited Partnership sold a 9,510-square-foot industrial building in San Diego, Calif., to SBDG Investments, LLC, for $1.9 million.

Voit Commercial Brokerage's Glen Volk and Randy LaChance represented the seller. Bryce Aberg, Brant Aberg and Sam Wasserstein of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial represented the buyer.

Located at 4787 Cardin St., the facility is stationed in the Kearny Mesa submarket.
