Himan returns to Marcus & Millichap

Marcus & Millichap has added Douglas Himan to its Oakland office as an associate vice president investments.

Himan, most recently of NAI BT Commercial, is a 10-year veteran in the industry and returns to the company where he was once a multi-family investment specialist in its Palo Alto office.

In his new job, Himan will focus on brokering the sale of multi-family properties throughout the East Bay on behalf of private and institutional investors.
