Baker's Pride, a Standex International Corp. Co., will be relocating from the space this summer. CBRE's William V. Cuddy, Jr., Budd Wiesenberg, and Kevin Langtry of the Stamford office will market the single story property. Located at 30 Pine Street, the building was built in 1954 and is situated on 3.75 acres.
