Retail center in San Diego, Calif., draws $4.8M

Mapali, Inc., has purchased a 25,635-square-foot retail center in San Diego, Calif., from Harol Market Properties, Inc., for $4.8 million.

Joe Yetter, Chad Iafrate and the Schiff/Lyons/Iafrate team with Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial represented the seller. Manuel Lopez of Casa Bonita Realty represented the buyer.

The property, known as Loma Vista Center, is located at 4676-4696 Market St. and consists of five buildings situated on the corner of Market Street and 47th Street just east of downtown San Diego. The center was built in 1991 and had one vacancy at the time of purchase.
