Carlsbad, Calif industrial building sells for $7.3M

Aethercomm, Inc., has purchased a 46,441-square-foot industrial building in Carlsbad, Calif. from Opus West Commercial, Inc., for $7.3 million.

The seller was represented by Dennis Visser, SIOR and Aric Starck of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial. The buyer was represented by Ronald King of Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Located at 3205 Lionshead Ave., the building is part of the master planned Carlsbad Raceway Business Park.
