Phoenix, Ariz. multi-family sells for $1.01M

Private investor Francisco Leones has purchased a 19,200-square-foot apartment complex called the Peppertree Apartments in Phoenix, Ariz. for $1.01 million.

Brian Smuckler and Ryan Ash, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services' Phoenix office represented the buyer.

Located at 3105 East Fairmount Ave., the Peppertree Apartments were built in 1963 and contain 24 units on a 1.17 acre lot.
