Portland multi-family sells for $7.4M

A Portland, Ore.-based limited liability company has purchased a 55-unit apartment property in downtown Portland from a Calif.-based limited liability company for $7.4 million.

Ira Virden, an apartment specialist in the Portland office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services brokered the deal for both buyer and seller.

Known as Hadley House, the property is located at 2020 S.W. Salmon St. It was built in 1961 and has 35,937 rentable square feet.
