Marcus & Millichap brokers 38-unit apartment building in Phoenix, Ariz.

S & P Investments, Inc., have sold a 28,182-square-foot apartment complex in Phoenix, Ariz. to local VR, LLC, for $1.275 million.

Brian Smuckler, Vice President, Investments at the Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller. Brian Smuckler and Jeffrey Seaman, also of Marcus & Millichap, represented the buyer.

Located at 3040 N. Second St., Villa Riviera is comprised of 38 apartment units and was built in 1957.
