Two Los Angeles multi-families sell for more than $2.5M combined

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services brokered the sale of a 24-unit Los Angeles, Calif., apartment unit for $1.9 million.

Josh Cohen, vice president investments and Tom Watkins of the Long Beach office of Marcus & Millichap represented both the seller and the buyer in this transaction. Additionally, Nate Bascom assisted for the buyer.

Located at 7621-7627 S. Broadway, the property was built in 1957 and is situated on 19,471 square feet of land.

In a separate deal, Marcus & Millichap also brokered a 12-unit apartment building in Los Angeles for $672,000, representing $154 per square foot.

Again, Josh Cohen represented the seller in this transaction while Tom Watkins represented both the seller and the buyer.

Located at 4214 S. Hoover St., the property was built in 1922 and is situated on 9,235 square feet of land.
