Two veterans join investment services group of Lee & Associates

Ed Indvik and Mark Larson have joined the Investment Services Group of Lee & Associates as managing directors.

Both real estate veterans have more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, and each have a solid track record building companies and investment real estate businesses.

Indvik, most recently chairman of the Lee Advisory Group, has been with Lee & Associates for more than 18 years. He opened Lee's Industry office first and then co-founded the company's Commerce office, building it to No. 1 in market share for commercial and industrial real estate before moving to Lee Riverside where he opened two additional offices.

Larson has previously launched the Private Client Group at CB Richard Ellis and later, Grubb & Ellis' Private Capital Investment Group.
