A Miami Beach private investor has sold a 72-unit apartment complex to a local company for $4.27 million.

Elliot Shainberg , an associate for the Miami office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller. VP Investments Andrew Jordan and associate Paul Nudelman secured the buyer

Located at 6111 Washington St. in Hollywood, Fla., the Washington Park Apartments are situated as the only apartment building on the block west of 441/State Road 7.
