Voit Commercial Brokerage has closed three industrial buildings totaling $7.7 million in Orange County, Calif. Mike Hefner of Voit's Anaheim Metro office represented Albany Synergistics in the purchase of a 32,559 square-foot industrial building at 615 & 655 Berry Street in Brea, Calif. for $4.5 million from North Anaheim Associates. Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli also of Voit's Anaheim Metro office represented the seller. Dan Berkenfield of Voit's Anaheim Metro office represented George O'Connell Family, LLC in the purchase of a 1.1 acre industrial yard for $1.9 million at 1461-1463 Red Gum Street in Anaheim, Calif., from Victor Hugo Navarro. Berkenfield also represented the seller. Fullerton Development, represented by Mitch Zehner and Tomaselli of Voit's Anaheim Metro office, purchased a 7,247 square-foot industrial building located within the Kimberly Business Center at 1556 Kimberly Ave., Unit 16 in Fullerton, Calif., from GLI Kimberly, LLC for $1.3 million.
