Marcus & Millichap sells South Florida office building

A Fort Lee, N.J., company has acquired a 9,547-square foot office building located in Weston, Fla. from a private investor for $2.85 million.

Marcus & Millichap's Michael Zimmerman and Barry Wolfe of the Fort Lauderdale office represented the seller.

Located at 1825 Main Street, the building is within the Weston Tower Center Executive Suites, which encompasses 158,000 square feet of prime office and retail space.
