Matrix Development Group acquires Cranbury, N.J. corporate center

Matrix Development Group has acquired the Mid-Atlantic Corporate Center in Cranbury, N.J., from Preferred Unlimited.

Newmark Knight Frank and Fennelly & Associates represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

Located at Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike, the now-renamed Matrix Corporate Campus is situated on 80 acres and is comprised of 13 buildings. It contains 342,000 square feet of office, laboratory and flex space. The site can accommodate users as small as 2,500 square feet to more than 100,000 square feet.
