Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers to market three Reston, Va. Office buildings

Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers has been selected to market and lease three six-story office buildings totaling 412,236 square feet in Reston, Va., on behalf of the owner, Vornado/Charles E. Smith.

Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers' Tom Cresce and David Scully will handle the marketing and leasing effort for the property.

Located at 1850 Centennial Drive, 11400 and 11410 Commerce Park Drive, respectively, the buildings known as Commerce Executive III, IV & V, are part of a 25-acre, fully developed office development called Commerce Executive Park.

Situated between the Dulles Toll Road and Sunrise Valley Drive, the buildings offer access to the Capital Beltway, Dulles Airport, I-66, Tysons Corner, Washington, D.C., and residential neighborhoods.
