Redford joins HFF as director in debt placement group

Kevin Redford has been named a director in Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's debt placement group in San Francisco.

Redford will focus on debt and structured finance transactions with a particular emphasis on multi-family properties in Northern California and throughout the western United States.

Before joining HFF, Redford was a vice president of finance with San Francisco-based Fowler Property Acquisitions Co., a private real estate firm focused on multi-family and commercial investments. A graduate of Indiana University, Redford also served as a tenant representative broker with Cornish & Carey, a boutique brokerage firm.
