Houston apartment community listed for $10.3 million

Ashley Park, a 284-unit apartment community in central Houston, has been listed for sale for $10.3 million.

Marcus & Millichap is representing the seller.

The property at 8410 W. Bartell Drive is within Houston's Inner Loop, which includes several areas, including downtown Houston, located inside Interstate 610. The area is a major employment center comprised of medical facilities, sports venues, shopping, restaurants, historical landmarks and museums.
