Lee & Associates name new president of Riverside office

David Illsley has been named president of the Riverside, Calif., office of Lee & Associates.

Illsey, former managing director of Arizona-based Shea Commercial and Prudential Commercial Real Estate Services, has 27 years of commercial real estate experience, including years with Grubb & Ellis and Marcus & Millichap.

In 2005, Illsley joined Shea Commercial as an investor and also managed an 18-member sales team responsible for the sale of over $200 million in office condominiums in the Metro Phoenix area.

Illsley replaces Larry Taylor, who was named interim president following Ed Indvik's resignation in November 2008. Indvik, who is now a managing director of Lee's Investment Services Group, remains chairman of the Lee Advisory Board.
