Colliers completes $2.64M California industrial sale

Santos Spice Agency has purchased a 26,400 square foot light industrial building in Hayward, Calif., from Jet Stream Inc. for $2.64 million.

Sean Sabarese, Greig F. Lagomarsino and Joe Yamin of Colliers International in Oakland represented the seller. Yamen and Chet Barney also represented the buyer.

Located at 26545 Corporate Ave., and situated on 1.97 acres, the building is centrally located near Highway 92, Interstate 880, near three international airports and the port of Oakland.
