L.A. MXD on the market for $21.17M

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell a mixed-use property in Los Angeles, Calif., with a listing price of $21.175 million.

Known as Hillview Hollywood, the property is comprised of 54 apartments above three ground-floor commercial units totaling approximately 9,500 square feet. The apartment unit mix includes 28 studios, 13 one-bedroom/one-bath units and 13 two-bedroom/one-bath units.

David Harrington, a senior associate in the Encino office of Marcus & Millichap is representing the seller, a property owner based in the Midwest.

Located at 6533 Hollywood Blvd., and built in 1917, the Hollywood landmark was renovated in 2005. It sits two blocks from the major cross streets Hollywood Boulevard and Cahuenga Boulevard along the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
