California Walgreens sells for $8.857M

Aliso Commons Corner, LLC sold a 13,386-square-foot retail property in Aliso Viejo, Calif., to Zamindari Real Estate Investment Two, LLC for $8.857 million.

Dennis Vaccaro, director for Faris Lee Investments, represented the seller in the transaction. Anil Sharma of Lotus Investments represented the buyer.

Located at 26531 Aliso Creek Road and housing a Walgreens, the property is located within Aliso Viejo Town Center, a 700,000-square-foot regional shopping center, adjacent to Lowe's. It is situated on 1.76 acres at the Northwest corner of Aliso Creek Road and Enterprise
