Hendricks & Partners brokers sale of Austin multi-family

Bryan Stern of Baron Properties, LLC of Greenwood Village, Colo., sold a 124-unit apartment complex in Austin, Texas to Santa Rosa, Calif.-based Summer Grove Properties, LLC.

Ellen Muskin and George Deuillet, III, of the Austin office of Hendricks & Partners, brokered the sale on behalf of the seller. Financing was facilitated by Alliant Capital, LLC of Seattle, Wash.

Located at 7905 San Felipe Boulevard, the apartment complex is near major shopping centers and was 100 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
