Lee & Associates name new principal of Phoenix office

Andrew Cheney has been promoted to principal within Lee & Associates' Phoenix, Ariz., office.

He originally joined Lee & Associates in 2003 as a runner for The Coppola Group brokerage team before becoming an associate in 2006. He remains a part of The Coppola Group, which specializes in landlord representation as well as local, national and international tenant representation services for office properties.

Cheney holds his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, as well as various leadership roles within the Phoenix chapters of the National Association of Office & Industrial Properties and the Urban Land Institute.
