Jacksonville multi-family commands $7.12M

A local limited liability company purchased a 208-unit apartment property located in Jacksonville, Fla., from a national public real estate investment trust for $7.12 million.

David Hsieh, an associate VP in the Jacksonville office of Marcus & Millichap, represented both parties in the transaction.

Located at 7500 Powers Ave., and built in 1972, the Pinebrook Apartment Homes is located in Jacksonville's Central Southside.
