Jacksonville apartment complex sells for $7.1 million

Pinebrook Apartment Homes, a 208-unit apartment community in Jacksonville, Fla., has been sold to an unidentified buyer for $7.12 million.

Marcus & Millichap represented both the seller, a national public real estate trust, and the buyer, a limited liability company.

The property at 7500 Powers Ave. is on the Central Southside of Jacksonville, near major employment centers.
