The seller, a Southern California-based partnership, is being represented by Marcus & Millichap.

The property at 8410 W. Bartell Drive is near the Texas Medical Center in a major employment area. Ashley Place, built in 1983 on 7.1 acres, contains a mixture of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Recent improvements include new exterior paint and new appliances
