Mesa, Ariz. multi-family commands $8.5M

Pacific Property Assets has purchased Mesa Ridge, a 151-unit apartment complex located in Mesa, Ariz., from Bliven Properties for $8.5 million.

Richard Holway, a senior vice president of Marcus & Millichap's Phoenix office represented the buyer.

The building is located at 650 South Country Club Drive.
