3/26/2009StarPoint Commercial purchases Fort Worth MXD property

Beverly Hills, Calif.-based StarPoint Commercial Properties has purchased the 182,000-square-foot mixed-use Tower Complex in downtown Fort Worth, Texas from TLC Green Property Associates of Chicago. StarPoint represented itself in the transaction. The seller was represented by Tom Salanty, executive director in the Dallas office of Cushman & Wakefield. Located at 500 Throckmorton Street, the retail and office complex also includes 253 parking spaces and is part of the Sundance Square, Fort Worth's entertainment and cultural center located in the center of downtown. The Tower Complex consists of two buildings, The Tower and The Annex, and totals 182,000 square feet of office and retail space.
