Colliers welcomes Nick Baldwin to the fold

Colliers International has added Nick Baldwin to the company's Portland, Ore., office.

In his new position, Baldwin, a licensed real estate professional in Oregon State with more than four years of local industry experience, will specialize in office tenant representation in the Southwest Portland submarket.

Prior to joining Colliers International, Baldwin worked in development and property management for Baldwin Hayden Real Estate Services and as a market analyst for an industrial services company, helping them create new business in wind energy systems.

Baldwin obtained his MBA from the John M. Huntsman School of Business.
