Grubb & Ellis welcomes industry veteran Andy Besing

Grubb & Ellis Co. has added Andy Besing to the company's San Antonio, Texas office as a senior associate.

In his new position, Besing, a 10-year veteran in commercial real estate, will specialize in retail leasing and investment transactions.

Previously, Besing worked at Cambridge Realty, where he served as a senior associate and worked with acquisitions and dispositions of retail and investment properties throughout Texas and nationally. He has also participated in pre-development and leasing efforts for more than two million square feet of shopping center space.

Besing holds a bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas.
