CBRE facilitates sale/leaseback of Charlotte retail store for $6.9M

Irvine, Calif.-based TNP Acquisitions, LLC has purchased a 48,235-square-foot retail building from Haverty Furniture Companies in North Charlotte, N.C., for $6.9 million.

CB Richard Ellis represented both parties in the transaction, which also included a 10-year, absolute NNN leaseback to Haverty Furniture.

Located at 7101 Smith Corners Blvd., the store sits across I-77 from Northlake Mall and adjacent to Ethan Allen, La-Z-Boy, Broyhill and Staples.
