Jacksonville multi-family brings $7.12M

A limited liability company has purchased a 208-unit multi-family, located in Jacksonville, Fla., from a national real estate investment trust for $7.12 million.

Stewart Weston, a senior VP of investments in Marcus & Millichap's Long Beach office, and David Hsieh, an associate in the firm's Jacksonville office, represented both parties in the transaction.

Located at 7500 Powers Ave., the complex known as Pinebrook Apartment Homes features 14 two-story residential buildings. The property offers a resort-like amenity package and is conveniently located in the Central Southside of Jacksonville, 10 minutes from major employment centers.
