San Moreno industrial site fetches $25M

Springfield, Mo.-based Ozark Automotive Distributors has purchased a 408,000-square-foot industrial center in Moreno Valley, Calif., for $25 million.

Jeff Hubbard and Scott Ostlund of Lee & Associates' Commerce office represented the buyer.

Located at 24520 San Michele Ave., the building is one of two approximately 400,000-square-foot buildings completed in 2008 by Newport Beach-based Alere Property Group. The subject building has parking capacity for over 400 vehicles to accommodate O'Reilly Automotive Inc.'s large workforce.
