Washington storage facility sells for $1.2M

A private investor sold a 15,200-square-foot Exact Self Storage located in Ocean Shores, Wash., for $1.2 million.

Joel Deis, Michael Morgan and Christopher Secreto, investment specialists with Marcus & Millichap's Seattle office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

Located at 943 Point Brown Avenue South, the storage facility is a 73-unit stabilized self-storage facility located on approximately 0.7 acres and was built in 2003.
