Simson joins Newmark Knight Frank as vice chairman

Newmark Knight Frank has added David Simson to their New Jersey operation as vice chairman.

Simson has more than 28 years of experience in the Northeast and has advised many of the largest owners and corporations with their real estate goals and objectives.

Before coming to Newmark, Simson worked for GVA Williams of New Jersey, where he was co-founder/principal and president, responsible for strategic planning and leadership of the operation for a decade.

In 2007, he was awarded NAIOP's 'Creative Deal of the Year' award for his strategic planning and advisory for the redevelopment and construction of a 173,146-square-foot world headquarters for The Medicines Company.

Simson earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland.
