California multi-family sells for $1.3M

A private investor has purchased a 13-unit apartment complex in Lynwood, Calif., from a local private investor for $1.3 million.

Maurius Jeffery, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's downtown Los Angeles office, represented both parties in the transaction.

Located at 3584 Brenton Ave., the 13 units represents a great unit mix of seven one-bedroom/one-bath units, five two bedroom/one-bath units and a single two-bedroom/two-bath unit; it also has individual garage parking and an enclosed courtyard.
