by CB Richard Ellis | The Boulos Company has completed two retail, one residential and one office transaction in Maine.
- Goodwill Industries of Northern New England purchased the former Dave Gould Ford property located at 15 Downeast Highway in Ellsworth from Bangor Savings Bank. The property consists of a 14,210-square-foot car dealership situated on a 2.22 acre parcel of land. Chris Paszyc of CBRE | The Boulos Company represented the seller, while the firm's Craig S. Young represented the buyer.
- GDG Associates, LLC purchased 1075 Lisbon Street in Lewiston from the Pellerin Family Trust. The property consists of a 2.12 acre development site improved with a 1,482-square-foot single family residence. Chris Paszyc represented both parties in the transaction.
-WE 100 Larrabee Road LLC, an affiliate of Winstanley Enterprises LLC, purchased the 101,250-square-foot single-story Larrabee Complex, located at 100 Main Street in Westbrook. Gregory Boulos represented the buyer. Craig Young represented the seller.
-A fully-leased retail building has been sold at 245 Western Ave. in South Portland. Dan Greenstein and Tony McDonald represented the seller in the transaction
