ABM Properties acquires Oregon multi-family

Locally based ABM Properties LLC has purchased a 13,200-square-foot multi-family property in Newberg, Ore., from the Estate of Donald K. Saxton for $1.12 million.

Grayson Pounder of the Portland office of Hendricks & Partners represented both parties in the transaction.

Located at 1907 North College Street, the 16-unit apartment community is known as Mt. View Duplex Homes and was built in 1973.
