Hendricks & Partners completes sale of California apartment community

Adnan Barbat and Khalida Barbat of San Diego have purchased an 8,990-square-foot apartment community in El Cajon, Calif., from Paul B. Bundy, Jr., and Sigrid H. Bundy of Escondido for $1.205 million.

Chad Bramwell of the San Diego office of Hendricks & Partners represented the seller in the transaction.

Located at 1083 South Mollison Ave., the 11-unit apartment complex was built in 1978 and is located just north of Chase Avenue and minutes from the I-8, SR-67 and SR-125 freeways.
