Marcus & Millichap sells Gilbert, Ariz. restaurant for more than $1.33M

Higley Pavillion, LLC has sold a 3,195-square-foot single-tenant net-leased restaurant in Gilbert, Ariz., to a private investor for $1,333,333.

Sanford Burstyn, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Phoenix office represented the seller. Chris Doty, also with the company, represented the buyer.

Located at the corner of NWC Higley Road and Queen Creek Road, the building currently houses a Kentucky Fried Chicken.
