Isram Realty affiliate acquires Florida retail center

An out-of-state private investor sold a 70,040-square-foot retail property located in Seffner, Fla., to an affiliate of Hallandale-based Isram Realty for $2.7 million.

David Goldstein, Les Aron and Matthew Reichenthal of Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office, together with Michael Lombardi, senior associate in the company's New Jersey office, represented the seller.

Dimitrios Langas and Matthew Reichenthal of Isram Realty represented the buyer.

Located at 725 West Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., and known as North Grove Center, the building was built in 1977 and was renovated in 2004.
