Pennsylvania multi-family brings $1.475M

A local partnership has sold a 30-unit multi-family in Aldan, Pa., to another local partnership for $1.475 million..

Mark Wolff, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia office represented both parties in the transaction.

Located at 78 West Maryland Ave., and known as Maryland Avenue Apartments, the units sit across the street from the Clifton/Aldan SEPTA regional rail station. At the time of closing, the property was 97 percent occupied.
