Florida apartment community listed for $9.5 million

Garden Grove Apartments, a 200-unit apartment community less than two miles from the coast in Sarasota, Fla., has been listed for $9.5 million.

Marcus & Millichap is representing the seller.

The list price represents $47,500 per unit and $45 per square foot.

The property on 12.72 acres at 5719 Granada Drive recently underwent extensive renovations. The garden-style complex offers a mix of one through four-bedroom units ranging in size from 727 square feet to 1,515 square feet.

The community features two pools, a playground, clubhouse, fitness center and on-site laundry facilities.
