PC Wexford sells P.A. retail center for $4.4M

PC Wexford Associates, LLC has sold the 50,198-square-foot Festival Foods in Wexford, Pa., to ECHO LB Associates LP for $4.4 million.

Andrew Margulies of the North Carolina office of Marcus & Millichap and Tom and Matthew Gorman of the Philadelphia office represented both parties in the transaction.

The building is located at 10688 Perry Hwy.
